D'après訂房網站, cet hôtel n'a pas voulu que je sois remboursée 2mn après avoir acheté quand je me suis aperçue qu'ils m'avaient mis une autre date que celle pour laquelle je faisais une recherche. Quand on est à 30mn de l'hôtel à 23h30 ce n'est pas le lendemain qu'on a besoin d'une chambre c'est le jour même! Quand je me suis aperçue en recevant la réservation que ce n'était pas la bonne date, j'ai essayé de joindre l'hôtel, impossible. J'ai pu joindre 訂房網站 qui m'a dit d'aller voir sur place, de prendre une réservation, et que l'échange serait fait entre les réservations. Sauf que quand je suis arrivée sur place, l'hôtel était complet. On a expliqué notre cas au monsieur de garde et il nous a dit que la personne du matin règlerait le problème. On a repris la route et été dormir plus loin. Le lendemain la personne n'a rien fait et et moi j'ai payé 2 nuits au lieu d'une ce que je trouve inadmissible quand on s'aperçoit de l'erreur 1mn après un achat en ligne.

Une bonne nuit et un très bon petit déjeuner sur la route des vacances. Et à moins de 10 minutes du centre de Chartres!

We spent one night in this hotel and it was a terrible experience. The heating was not working at all, while the outside temperature was below zero. Cold air was blowing directly from the air-conditioning unit, making the room freezing and extremely noisy. The night was unbearable. When we reported the issue to the staff, we specifically asked whether this was normal. We were told that the heating system simply needed time to warm up. We left for dinner and came back more than an hour later, only to find the room still just as cold. Had we been informed from the beginning that the heating would not work properly, we would have changed hotels immediately. Unfortunately, by the time we returned after dinner, it was too late to find another hotel, especially with a young child. Considering the price we paid, these conditions are completely unacceptable. No solution was offered, and despite requesting a refund or at least a commercial gesture, nothing was done. This was our first time staying in a B&B Hotels property, and it will also be the last. I will never stay in a B&B Hotels again.
